It's an attempt to train Christians to recognize the value of living in the present, of not being overburdened with regrets about the past or concerns about the future.

What did you like about the book?

Some portions of the book were meaningful, helpful.

What did you not like about this book?

The author's relentless use of clever phrases and word swop outs. It's like there's "content" in the social media style of that word without deep, personal testimony really.  The style seems braggadocio and somewhat insincere.

Who would benefit most from reading this book?

Probably the author, he'd notch up another sale.
