52 "home pages", divided into leadership headings, with subheadings - all in the context of Scripture. Each page contains "insights", that reinforce one's understanding of different leadership skills.

What did you not like about this book?

Nothing

Who would benefit most from reading this book?

Believers who sense a call to leadership. The publishers have a catchy phrase: "Reader to leader in just 15 minutes a day!"

Allan and Elaine have been married since 1970 and have 3 kids, Brad, Mary and Robbert, with a total of 9 grandkids.

They have been in ministry since 1974 and have faithfully served in both the Methodist church and in New Covenant Ministries International.  

They have a passion to preach, teach, & equip saints in living a life of evangelism.

Allan has been serving as an elder in the Walmer Am Congregation since 2018
